About Sentence to Success

Sentence to Success is a pre-charge and pre-conviction diversion program designed to meet individuals at a critical turning point—after entering the criminal legal system, but before long-term consequences take hold.

This program was built on the belief that meaningful change happens early—when accountability, structure, and support are introduced at the right time.

Sentence to Success works with individuals who have low to moderate substance use involvement and are appropriate for early intervention outside of a courtroom setting. In partnership with the District Attorney’s Office and defense attorneys, charges may be paused while participants complete a structured 90–120 day program focused on accountability, stabilization, and growth.
